Both founders arrived here through very different journeys — engineering, leadership, NHS operations, system design, resilience, and years of hands-on delivery. What they share is a commitment to do things properly and a desire to help others build stable, secure futures without guesswork.

Their combined strengths shaped the business Estately is today; structured, disciplined, people-centred, and built on integrity.

Chloe Tyrrell, BSc Hons, DipHE

Chloe grew up in a family that renovated every home they lived in. She absorbed the fundamentals early: how to create value, improve spaces, and see potential where others might not.

She later built a career across nursing, NHS operations, system redesign, and leadership roles that required structured thinking, problem-solving, and guiding people through pressure.

After years of carrying responsibility in complex healthcare environments, she recognised the limitations of large systems and decided to build something she could shape with integrity and purpose.

Property became the vehicle, and every skill she’d developed transferred naturally into analysis, project oversight, communication, and leading people through change.

Today, Chloe brings clarity, structure, operational discipline, and a calm leadership style that underpins the entire Estately experience.

Carl Warner, BSc Hons,

Carl began his career in the RAF as a ground engineer and elite runner — environments that demanded precision, discipline, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

When a chronic, undiagnosed injury led to a medical discharge, he had to rebuild his entire life from scratch.

Property became that rebuilding process.

He approached it exactly as he approached engineering: with clear systems, disciplined planning, and a calm, methodical mindset.

Over time, that structure became the foundation of Estately’s investment and mentoring approach.

Today, Carl brings clear analysis, strong operational thinking, and steady leadership to every project and every client.
