How much time do I need to commit each month?
Most mentees spend 2–4 hours per week on property actions, depending on their goals and schedule. The monthly mentoring session is 60 minutes. Your private portal keeps everything organised, so you always know what to prioritise.
Do I need experience before joining?
No. Many of our most successful mentees started with zero experience. The programme gives you structure, education, and support from the ground up.
How many deals will I complete in 12 months?
It depends on your strategy, finances, and available time. Some mentees secure their first deal within months. Others focus on analysis, systems, risk reduction, or preparing for larger projects. There is no pressure; the goal is sustainable, high-quality progress.
How does support work between sessions?
You have a private mentee portal where you upload deals, questions, documents, links, refurb updates, and anything you want reviewed. You receive structured feedback inside your portal, keeping everything clear and organised between strategy calls.
Do I get access to your courses?
Yes. You can choose one full course to support your strategy (typically BRRR Blueprint or HMO Masterclass, but you can choose any you like). This ensures your learning is targeted and not overwhelming, and you have all of the tools and resources from the start.
What happens after the 12 months end?
You’ll leave with a full 1–3 year plan, strong systems, confidence, and a clear operational roadmap. Some mentees choose to continue with ongoing accountability support, while others progress independently. Both paths are fully supported.
